Organic farming is characterised by wide crop rotations and a broad range of crops, combined with many years of experience in sowing, hoeing and harrowing, fertilising and harvesting. The organic farming meeting point shows the extensive spectrum of crops and is therefore the ideal place to go for new ideas for your arable farming.

Organic farming specialist programme

A forum on organic farming will be held daily at 11.30 a.m. at the DLG-Expert Stage : Innovation in organic breeding, the art of hoeing and harrowing and organic value chains in NRW are the topics.

A panel discussion on 12 June at 10.00 a.m. at the Plaza Stage will focus on the prospects for organic farming.

Organic value chains will take centre stage on 13 June at 14:00, also at the Plaza Stage.

Machine demonstrations

In commented demonstrations, you will see 7 harrows, 18 hoes, 17 flat cultivators and skimmer ploughs as well as 11 multi-tank seed drills for the combined application of various seeds in operation in the immediate vicinity of the organic farming meeting point.
